With so many companies out there that you could work for it can be difficult to choose the right one, right? That’s why today we’re going to talk about one of my favorite companies called Learnship.
They are a company that was founded in 2008 in Germany with students in many different countries such as France and Germany among others. Learnship has a great online teaching platform and mainly focuses on teaching business professionals English.
Learnship also has language trainers that teach other languages such as French, Spanish, Dutch, and German, etc. In this article, you’ll learn what it’s like to work for Learnship and what you can expect.
Learnship Trainer- The Job
This job involves language teaching to students using an online platform. The students are business professionals and are motivated to learn.
You need to be available for a minimum of 15 hours per week. This is a great job since it is flexible and pays well for part-time work. I have been working for this company for several years and I’m pleased to recommend them to others.
The Pros
The company has great training and also you can work as much or as little as you want. Another benefit is that you can also create your own schedule and you don’t have to worry about finding students since the company does all of the marketing.
You can work from the comfort of your home and it is very easy to take time off for vacation or at other times as needed. Also since the company is based in Germany, for those who live in Europe, you will be able to have many students on the same time zone as you so that you won’t have to work odd hours.
The Cons
One con is since the company has a high standard of teaching and its students expect a good quality level of teaching the hiring process may be more difficult than other companies that don’t expect as much.
What does Learnship pay?

Thank you for this information. I am a Tesol Certified English Instructor and would love an opportunity to apply to Learnship
Will love this opportunity. Thanks
I too am a TESOL trained English teacher. I am presently employed by another Chinese company. They have been very generous with the training however, I have only taught 2 children. I have a Bachelors Degree in Social Worker and a minor in English. I am thankful for your course which helped me to have the confidence to apply to that Chinese company. Most of my teaching experience has been in the ministry and I am a little afraid of having to come up with my own lesson plans, but confident that I can do it with some training.
Hi Tonya! I’m happy to hear about your progress with teaching! I’m sure that you’ll be able to come up with lesson plans. The good thing about Learnship is that you have an outline which will help you with the planning of the lessons. So you won’t have to plan from scratch.
Does learnship provide the materials?
Yes they do!
